Submitted AppIcon Assets Maker ver.1.1.0 to Apple

I’ve just submitted AppIcon Assets Maker to Apple.

Suport to Xcode 9.

The old version create AppleWatch’s icon with iOS, the new version AppleWatch’s icon is not appended to iOS app’s icon.
